All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.
We only accept returns if your package meets any of the following criteria:
♡ The wrong color or size is sent out compared to what you ordered online (i.e: you ordered pink but received white), or the item was damaged. Please note that with online shopping, colors will slightly vary from screen to screen. Lighting also plays a huge part in affecting color in photographs and real life. ♡
All products are shown and reflected to the best of our ability.
If your item meets the valid reasons in this category, we will replace or refund it for you as long as an image of the flaw is shown. Items will have to be sent back and received by us in order to receive your replacement
♡ Your item never arrived. Please refer to the shipping policy under store policies for what to expect on delivery times. If your package hasn't arrived for over 2 months (from the date the tracking number shows it was picked up by the carrier) & is proved by the tracking number, you will be refunded for the total cost of your order. ♡
♡ Transparency is important to us; within each item listing, there are detailed descriptions unique to each clothing and accessory. Please make sure to read item descriptions before placing an order. ♡
